Creates a new record for a data object.

Location: data.p

Parameters:

pcColumnNames AS CHARACTER

Comma-separated list of column names.

pcNewValues AS CHARACTER

Current values of the updated record delimited by the Data Delimiter property. For more informationm, see the "DataDelimiter" section.

pcError AS CHARACTER

All error messages in ADM/Dynamic format.

Notes: Output data is formatted according to the DataReadFormat property.
